  • Open leads are any leads that have not been considered Rejected or Completed.

  • Won leads are leads that have been Completed and mailed to the lab.

  • Lost leads are ineligible or not qualified.

Automatic Label Creation &  Shipping Pipeline Tracking

  • Eligible leads are move by your Shipping Dept. to the Shipping Stage in the Pipeline where an automated mailing label is generated.

  • Once the outgoing package is scanned by the carrier each stage is tracked in the pipeline.

  • The Chase team will know within the hour when the carrier has marked a package Delivered.

  • Once the return label is scanned the lead leaves the Chase team’s board allowing them to only focus on calling leads who haven’t mailed back yet.

  • Effectively monitor workload and know at a glance what stage each lead is in.

Terms & Conditions

Setup fee includes 20hrs support/training along with provisioning a new CRM, company Shippo account, intake form hosting and all automation to capture leads, create automated shipping labels that can be downloaded in bulk, shipment tracking for USPS packages and pipeline tracking to track all metrics.

Client is required to pay for and maintain their own Shippo Account.

Monthly fee includes maintenance of above systems (CRM, Shippo & webform hosting), 4 hours of support each month (does not rollover). Any overages above the $25 credit for processing data will be billed to the card on file. Required data processing is $.02 for each web form submission and each lab entry sent to a Google Sheet.

Non-payment will trigger an automated suspension of the CRM access and processing. Data will be kept for 15 days for export and deleted after 30 days. Tracking and automatic shipping label generation will not work if your Shippo account is not current and in good standing.

Service Level Agreement: Urgent/Critical problems affection several users will be acknowledged within the hour and resolved same day (immediately if possible). High severity problems affecting individual users will be acknowledged on the same and resolved in 0-3 days. We will do our absolute best to resolve or improve any usability issue within the limitations of the 3rd party services being used for this system.
